By connecting, you agree to the following terms governing use of this guest Wi-Fi network ("the Network"), provided by The Owners, Strata Plan EPS8519 ("the Strata").
1. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Network for any unlawful purpose, including copyright infringement, fraud, or distributing illegal content; to harass, threaten, or invade the privacy of others; to access other users' devices without authorization; to distribute malware or attack the Network; or to disrupt service for other users. The Strata may restrict or terminate access at any time if it reasonably believes these terms have been violated.
2. No Warranty
The Network is provided "as is," free of charge, with no warranties of any kind regarding availability, speed, security, or fitness for any purpose. Use is at your own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Strata and its council members, agents, and contractors are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Network, including loss of data or exposure to third-party activity. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under BC or Canadian law.
4. Security
This is a shared, unencrypted network. The Strata does not guarantee the confidentiality of information transmitted over it. You are responsible for securing your own device and data. The Strata does not collect any personal or authentication information to provide access to the Network.
5. Third-Party Content
The Strata is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites or services accessed via the Network.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Strata harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Network.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
